The reporting system is a linchpin of Parishioner Database. After all, just how useful is a database if the user cannot easily retrieve data in a practical and distributable format. While allowing for "on demand" creation of queries and reports, we create impeccably formatted reports so you don't have to. Since organizations generally utilize a set number of reports, we elicit your input prior to shipment thus ensuring that your work focuses on data entry rather than software programming.
A full range of custom reports are furnished by default; including reports listing members arranged alphabetically by member name, city, neighborhood (New York City residents only) or ethnicity. Queries report child members by user defined birth dates. Support for the creation of mail merge documents for family groups and special groups/committees is also included.
Both editions permit users to create and save an unlimited number of queries that allow for data printout.
