New Express Edition (September 7, 2004). Our new Parishioner Database Express Edition is incredibly priced at $29.99. This version is only available as a download. Currently, only Catholic versions are available (subject to change pending demand). The Express Edition is not customizable, but includes a wealth of predefined reports capable of satisfying any congregation's needs. No support (excluding installation assistance) or data migration services are available; instructions are available for download. Just submit our Order Form with your check or money order to receive FTP download instructions (please include email address for delivery of download instructions). Microsoft Access 2002 and Excel 2002 or higher (in other words MS Office XP versions or higher) is required. FTP software is also required.
Special New York City Edition (April 14, 2004). New York City metropolitan area customers will receive a custom version that contains residential lookup tables already populated with 268 Tri-State municipalities [including the City's five boroughs], and 110 New York City neighborhoods. Phrase prediction and dropdown menus mean you will never have to manually enter these towns or neighborhoods. A custom report extracts New York City residents and lists families by neighborhood. Interim Update (March 28, 2004). Parishioner Database (v4.81.2) now allows for a single entry of basic church information (church name, address, etc.) that is reflected on all reports and year end IRS statements. Improved integration with MS Excel greatly simplifies member contribution recalculations. Improved sorting of contributor pledge screens.
