File Types Accepted (DVD Authoring Service)
Customers outside of the New York City area can submit their existing media files electronically via our FTP site. You will be assigned an account on a secure server enabling you to submit you images/clips electronically. Alternatively, we accept files via the US Postal Service. The following file types are accepted-

3. RAW
4. .MOV
5. .MPG
6. .WMV
7. .MP3

Migration of Existing Census
Data
Purchase of Parishioner Database does not necessarily mean losing census and sacramental data already stored in your current church management software program. We can incorporate the following member data fields into your personalized copy of Parishioner Database.
1. Name (Last & First)
2. Address
3. City/State
4. Telephone number
5. Birth date
6. Sacramental data (including Baptism & Marriage sites)
7. Family Group (Collection Envelope No)
File Formats Accepted
Submit your existing data in one of the following file formats-
- Microsoft Excel (*.xls)
- Microsoft Access (*.mdb)
- Delimited Text Files [Comma or Tab separated (ANSI text format)]
Files accepted by mail (CD-R or DVD only), as email attachments, or by direct posting to our FTP site. Migration price is $100.00 for the first 200 records, and only $50.00 for each additional 100 records.
Parishioner Database Technical Support Policy
Parishioner Database features a consistent user interface that allows for quickly grasping key features with a minimum of effort. Searches for specific data records can be accomplished by means of member names, Parishioner ID numbers (database assigned) and Family Group numbers (user assigned, typically Collection Envelope Nos).
Standalone and network installation support is provided free of charge by certified support personnel.
Email support is provided to licensed users without charge. Telephone support provided on per incident [charge] basis.
