Migration of Exiting Census Data
Purchase of Parishioner Database does not necessarily mean losing census and sacramental data already stored in your current church management software program. We can incorporate the following member data fields into your personalized copy of Parishioner Database.
1. Name (Last & First)
2. Address
3. City/State
4. Telephone number
5. Birth date
6. Sacramental data (including Baptism & Marriage sites)
7. Family Group (Collection Envelope No)
Supported File Formats
Merely export your existing data into one of the following file formats.
- Microsoft Excel (*.xls)
- Microsoft Access (*.mdb)
- Microsoft FoxPro (*.dbf)
- dBASE (versions III, IV, 5)
- Delimited Text Files [Comma or Tab separated (ANSI text format)]
Files accepted by mail (CD-R or DVD only), as email attachments, or by direct posting to our FTP site. Migration price is $100.00 for the first 200 records, and only $35.00 for each additional 100 records.
