Technical Support Policy

Parishioner Database features a consistent user interface that allows for quickly grasping key features with a minimum of effort.  Searches for specific data records can be accomplished by means of member names, Parishioner ID numbers (database assigned) and Family Group numbers (user assigned, typically Collection Envelope Nos).  One mouse click backs up primary tables to blank database file.

Standalone and network installation support is provided free of charge by certified support personnel.

Email support is provided to licensed users without charge.  Telephone support provided on per incident [charge] basis.

Data Migration, custom report creation and other support services available at affordable prices.

System Requirements

1. 400MHz Pentium-compatible, Celeron or higher CPU

2. 128MB RAM minimum recommended

3. Microsoft Windows NT 4.0/2000/XP/Vista

4. Microsoft Access 2000 & Excel 2000 or higher *

5. 65MB available hard disk space

6. SVGA or higher-resolution monitor (800 x 600 pixels minimum supported) with 256 colors

7. Keyboard

8. Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device 

     * Express edition requires Microsoft Access 2002 or higher
